“Draft” and “ill-treatment” are often confused. However, the ill-treatment is only one aspect of the draft.
The draft implies a displacement, at ends of exploitation. The ill-treatment is an isolated act of violence - physics, psychological, moral, abusive behaviour or of ill treatment with regard to a child.
However, when a child is victim of draft, he often is maltreated, i.e. forced or misused.
The ill-treatment can take place in school, institutional or family.
