Various categories of actors lead actions of fight against the draft of the children to Togo. In particular:
- institutional actors such as:
head office of the Child welfare (DGPE), for the repatriation of children, the reception of the children victims of draft before their placement in specialized centres or the families or the assistance of the children.
National Commission of Reception and Social rehabilitation of the Children Victims of Draft (CNARSEVT) which depends on the Social security and Employment, Ministry of Labour, and which has regional dismemberments (CRARSEVT) and prefectoral (the CPARSEVT)

- international organizations such as the UNICEF
- international NGO such as Plan, Ground of the Men, Care, BICE
- associative networks, in particular the RELUTET which works in collaboration with other networks members of the Forum of the Defense organizations of the Rights of the Child to Togo (FODDET)
- NGO and local associations
- basic communities, in particular within the Local committees of fight against the draft of the children set up in the villages. There are approximately 400 today.
